By receiving services at Hair By Thi, you agree to the following:

1. Service Results: Hair treatments, coloring, cuts, and styling outcomes may vary based on hair type, condition, and aftercare. We strive for the best results but cannot guarantee exact expectations due to individual differences.

2. Allergies & Reactions: Clients are responsible for informing stylists of any allergies, sensitivities, or prior hair treatments. A patch test is recommended for chemical services. The salon is not liable for undisclosed reactions.

3. Aftercare Responsibility: Proper maintenance (products, heat protection, etc.) is essential for lasting results. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper home care.

4. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to deny service for safety reasons, hair integrity concerns, or inappropriate client behavior.

5. Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled/rescheduled may incur a fee. No-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

6. Children & Safety: Children must be supervised at all times; the salon is not liable for unsupervised minors.
